I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The hotel has a great location in the heart of Yerevan city, very good service, welcoming and very helpful staff, clean, spacious and modern rooms. Beautiful restaurant with amazing panoramic view, live piano music and delicious Armenian food. It has a nice open common area balcony with a view on Cascade Complex and full of live Yerevan city streets, spectacular in the night. There was a good choice of food and fresh fruits on breakfast. special thanks to Angela ,Ani and Razmik😀.

The second time I was staying in this hotel. Delicious breakfast, polite staff, big and comfortable rooms. The location near the city centre gives the ability to visit lots of places on foot.

Everything was good about this hotel, with the exception of the bar on the top floor with incredibly loud music, and no single person in the bar as it was not possible to stay under this pressure of sound.

I loved the location of the Opera Suite Hotel - just a few minutes’ walk to the Cascade, the Opera House and other main attractions, restaurants and cafes. The hotel staff was amazing - very friendly and accommodating. Our room was large, and clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast selection was outstanding, with the friendliest wait staff. Starting our day on such a positive note was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are of good size, with the added mini kitchen one gets the feeling of home, perfect for you if you want home cook meals. The bathroom could have been better, it's just too compact, no complaints thou. I loved the location, right next to the Cascade complex and its many restaurants. We opted to have breakfast in and around the hotel instead of having in-house breakfast.

We love the big rooms, comfortable bed and the daily housekeeping. The variety of breakfast buffet and the amazing staff who always smiles. Receptionist Mary assisted us greatly since this is our 3rd time and we referred our friends, they upgraded on room and gave us voucher to say thank you for the referral.

Overall, my experience was good. The room was spacious, well-lit, and clean. The location was convenient, and the staff were very nice and friendly.

I really enjoyed the personal aspects of my entire stay! Especially Ms. Zaruhi (office manager) and Hovhannes (the loving, helpful and nice door man). Breakfast and dinner were also great, service and restaurant staff were very nice and professional! I will definitely come back and would like to thank the team very much for their efforts!
